Installation Tips

  • Space required: 5″x5″x15″ (13x13x38cm) including 2-1/2 inches of clear space under unit for cartridge change.
  • Install vertically with cartridge hanging down.
  • Never use saddle valve for connection
  • Use 3/8″ water line and minimum length of tubing possible.
  • Flush new cartridge at full flow for three minutes to purge air.

Operation Tips

  • Change cartridges at least annually
  • Change cartridges when capacity is reached or when pressure falls below 10 psi
  • Service flow rate must not exceed 0.5 gpm
  • Always flush the filter cartridge at time of installation and cartridge change
